Aircraft Maintenance
XPLORE Aviation provides maintenance and avionics support for aircraft across its core fleet categories, including the Cessna Caravan, Air Tractor, PAC 750 XL and Piper Cheyenne, as well as other turboprop aircraft. Each aircraft is assessed according to its condition, maintenance history, intended application and future operating environment, allowing our team to define and coordinate the technical work required to support its reliability, functionality and continued operation.

Airframe and Mechanical Maintenance
Airframe maintenance may include corrosion assessment and treatment, sheet-metal repairs, composite repairs where applicable, structural inspections and the replacement or restoration of worn components. Flight controls, landing gear, braking systems, fuel systems and other essential aircraft systems may also be inspected and addressed as part of the refurbishment scope.
Engine, propeller and component requirements are evaluated against the aircraft’s maintenance status and intended use. Where specialist repair or overhaul work is required, XPLORE Aviation works with carefully selected partners while maintaining control over the project, documentation and final integration. This creates a coordinated process for the client and supports greater consistency throughout the refurbishment.

Routine Maintenance
Downtime costs money, and at XPLORE Aviation, we understand just how important it is to keep your aircraft operational. Our routine maintenance services are built around efficient turnaround times, helping operators reduce unnecessary delays and get their aircraft back where they belong: in the air.
With experienced engineers, dedicated facilities and a well-stocked parts storeroom, we are equipped to handle maintenance efficiently
without waiting unnecessarily for critical components or resources. We understand the operational and financial impact of downtime, which is why we focus on being ready when you need us. Because in aviation, time is money, and every hour on the ground matters.

Engine Maintenance
Xplore Aviation has extensive experience working on PT6A series engines, backed by specialised facilities, experienced engineers and the right tools and parts to get the job done efficiently. Our engine capabilities include routine maintenance, fuel nozzle cleaning and flow checking, hot section inspections, as well as complete engine changes and replacements.
With years of hands-on experience and a well-stocked parts storeroom, we are equipped to handle specialised engine work without unnecessary delays. Our scale, technical expertise and access to critical components mean operators can rely on us for efficient, professional engine support that helps keep aircraft serviceable and reduces costly downtime.
Aircraft Maintenance Beyond Our Fleet
XPLORE Aviation’s maintenance capability extends beyond the aircraft within our own fleet.
Our experienced technical team can provide maintenance, inspections, repairs and engineering support for third-party aircraft, subject to the relevant aircraft type, regulatory approvals and scope of work. Each project is carefully assessed to ensure the required technical expertise, facilities and resources are available before work begins.
Controlled from Assessment to Return to Service
Throughout the refurbishment, XPLORE Aviation coordinates technical work, approved modifications, component sourcing, specialist services and project documentation. Inspections and functional testing are conducted at the relevant stages, followed by ground testing and any required operational checks before the aircraft is released.
This centralised approach provides the client with a clear point of coordination throughout the project. It also helps ensure that mechanical work, avionics integration, interior requirements and exterior finishing are considered as parts of one complete aircraft refurbishment programme.
The result is an aircraft prepared for its next phase of operation, with its mechanical condition, onboard technology, configuration and presentation aligned with the operator’s requirements. Every refurbishment is individually scoped and remains subject to aircraft condition, approved technical data, regulatory requirements and component availability.
